Construction Protocoltotal peripheral blood cells were collected, AML-M0 blast cells represent 87% of total population DNA was extracted using Qiagen Kit The fragment ends were repaired, “A” bases were added ends of the DNA fragments and adapters were ligated to the fragments. The adapter-ligated library was amplified using 4 to 6 cycles of PCR. 500 nanograms of the sample library were hybridized with the SureSelect biotinylated RNA library for 24 hours. Bound DNA was purified using streptavidin coated magnetic beads
