BCL6 is a transcriptional repressor, and plays important biological roles in various types of cells of the immune system, and also plays a fundamental role in lymphomagenesis. Recent study showed that BCL6 is expressed in multiple myeloma (MM) cells in the bone marrow. However the role of BCL6 in MM .. [more] has not yet been elucidated. This project is aiming to investigate the role of BCL6 induced in MM. We retrovirally induced BCL6 to a MM cell line, KMS12PE, and performed RNA sequencing analysis. Differentially expressed genes were determined by comparing with mock infected cells. [less]
