Abstract EED is an essential non-catalytic component of Polycomb repressive complex 2. EED I363M mutation decreases global H3K27me3 level by impairing propagation of the repressive histone marks in mouse embryonic fibroblasts. ChIP was performed using anti-H3K27me1, H3K27me2, and H3K27me3 antibodies.
