Abstract In this project, we applied cap analysis of gene expression (CAGE) method to obtain genome-side transcription start sites (TSSs) of WT/hy5 mutant of A. thaliana under dark/blue light and WT/upf mutant under white light. We also carried out RNA-seq of WT/hy5 mutant under dark/blue light exposure.
