Title | Identification of dsr4286 and dsr28 mutations in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii |
Study Type | Other |
Abstract |
The dsr4286 and dsr28 mutations, which cause cells deficiency in expression of UV-inducible photo protective gene LHCSR1, were identified. Genetic mapping revealed that these two mutations were allelic. Whole genome sequencing of those mutants were carried out and compared to the wild-type sequence .. [more]to identify a gene responsible to the phenotype. [less]
