AbstractPediatric solid tumors are rare, whose pathogenesis is poorly understood. To investigate the genetic basis of pediatric solid tumors, we performed whole exome sequencing in 16 rhabdmyosarcoma (RMS) cases and 7 pleuropulmonary blastoma (PPB) cases.
