AbstractThe aim of this study is to elucidate the mRNA expression related to the development and/or progression of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. We performed genome-wide methylation analysis and determined the differentially methylated CpGs between mild and advanced nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
