AbstractPathogenesis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in Down syndrome (DS-ALL) is poorly understood. To investigate molecular basis of DS-ALL, we performed whole transcriptome sequencing, DNA methylation array, and SNP array analysis in 43 cases of DS-ALL.
