            <STUDY_ABSTRACT>Specific and shared microRNAs were predicted from small RNA-seq in three different tissues from the Chinese soft-shelled turtle, Pelodiscus sinensis. The small RNA phase of these tissues from 20 embryos at embryonic stage TK14 was extracted, and small RNA-seq was performed in an Illumina HiSeq-2000 platform. Around 20M reads were obtained for every tissue, 50 bp, single end.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
