            <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Other"/>
            <STUDY_ABSTRACT>RNA-seq of seven embryonic stages of Temnopleurus reevesii was performed with Hiseq2500. The stages were 2-cell, 32-cell, unhatched blastula (uHBL), hatched blastula (HBL), gastrula (G), prism (Pr), and pluteus (Pl), and the data was collected by reading 101 bp pair-end sequence. More than 30M reads were collected from each sample and the quality was good enough for further analysis. The data will be used for de novo assembly and for estimating quantity of gene expression.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
