            <STUDY_ABSTRACT>Two major ecotypes, Gifu B-129 and Miyakojima MG-20, have been used for genetic analysis in Lotus japonicus. L. burttii B-303 is known to be a third crossing partner of the two ecotypes. Since L. burttii B-303 has some unique properties, it may be useful ecotype for the study of natural variation among L. japonicus. Here, we roughly sequenced the L. burttii B-303 genome by Hiseq2000. The release of the sequence will contribute to the genetic analysis among Gifu, MG-20 and L. burttii.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
