PRJDB4268 Polymorphisms in the highly homogeneous zebrafish strain, IM14 A highly homogeneous strain has been generated in zebrafish by sib-pair mating for 14 generations. The strain was named as IM14, originated from India which is a wild-type strain of zebrafish. Here, to validate its homogeneity, the succeeded pair of 14th generation was sequenced, and analyzed polymorphisms between them.
