            <STUDY_ABSTRACT>We report that knockout of LATS2 gene caused up-regulation of genes
which are repressed by PRC2 partially independent of canonical
hippo-YAP/TAZ signaling cascade in HeLa-S3 using both microarray and
RNA-sequencing. LATS2 KO dependent down-regulation of PRC2 caused
global H3K27me3 reduction and dysregulation of whole epigenetic
integrity. ChIP-seq analysis also revealed that LATS2 dependent
H3K27me3-mark was enriched in differentiation processes, especially
neurogenesis.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
