            <STUDY_ABSTRACT>We applied next generation sequence by Illumina miseq platform to investigate the potential interactions between bacterial taxa. 804 genera were obtained from a 16S rRNA gene dataset containing 362,551 prokaryote sequences of 9 samples with triplicate in two cellars. We applied network analysis approaches to calculate the associations between the genera. C-score test indicated the prokaryote in cellar was co-occurrence nonrandom, and network inference showed that some genera tended to co-occur in cellar, such as Lactobacillus tend to co-occur with pediococcus, corynebacterium and the members of Bacillaceae, Leuconostocaceae, and a series of negative correlations were found between Lactobacillus and Clostridium, Methanosarcina, Syntrophomonas, Methanoculleus, Thermacetogenium. Overall, we got a more integrated understanding of the ecological rules guiding bacterial community structure in cellar.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
