<STUDY_ABSTRACT>Arabidopsis in nature often suffered from low phosphate conditions. To tarkcle this Arabidopsis has establised beneficial root endophyte Colletotrichum tofiedldiae (Ct) in low phosphate conditions. We found that Ct-mediated plant growth promotion is further endhanced in the presence of microbes living in soil. In this work we are trying to identify candidate parter microbes of Ct important for plant growth in low phosphate conditions by 16S and ITS-based pyrosequening.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
