            <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Other"/>
            <STUDY_ABSTRACT>Leaf explants of Arabidopsis thaliana were cultured under continuous light without any vitamins or nutrients supplementation. Total RNA fractions were prepared from the distal or proximal side of dissected leaf fragments in each time point. The RNA-seq libraries were prepared using the Illumina TruSeq Stranded RNA LT kit (Illumina), according to the manufacturer's protocols. The pooled libraries were sequenced on the NextSeq500 sequencing platform (Illumina).</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
