                <LIBRARY_CONSTRUCTION_PROTOCOL>Total RNA was isolated using Trizol followed by removing genomic DNA by DNase and examined by gel electrophoresis. Quality of total RNA was analysed by Agilent Tape station 2200. The RNA Integrity Number was determined for the sample before proceeding to RNA library construction.  The small RNA library was constructed from the RNA pools of samples. 1000ng of total RNA was taken and preceded for library preparation using Truseq small RNA library prep kit. Final Library was quantitated by Qubit 2.0 fluorometer and the quality was analysed by Agilent Tape station 2200. Single-end sequencing was performed on denatured libraries using rapid mode of Illumina HiSeq 2500 v3 chemistry.</LIBRARY_CONSTRUCTION_PROTOCOL>
