<STUDY_ABSTRACT>Pools of S. Typhimurium have been put through calves, chicks and pigs, in order to identify the common and host-specific requirements for colonisation. DNA has been extracted from each pool, and these have been put through the TraDIS procedure. Each pool haas received an index, allowing pooling of pools prior to sequencing.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>

<STUDY_DESCRIPTION>Seqiencing of Tn5 transposon integration sites in salmonella pools from livestock. Samples are indexed and pooled before sequencing. i.e. it's TraDIS with indexed samples. There are 40 calf pools, 6 pig pools and 15 chicken pools This data is part of a pre-publication release. For information on the proper use of pre-publication data shared by the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute (including details of any publication moratoria), please see http://www.sanger.ac.uk/datasharing/</STUDY_DESCRIPTION>
