<STUDY_ABSTRACT>Early resequencing study to identify SNPs within NspI fragments that are polymorphic between AB and India in the large MGH zebrafish meiotic cross (Knapik et al 1996). The DNAs were processed as they would be for the Affy SNP5 platform - NspI digest, adaptor ligation and PCR. By slightly changing the adaptor sequence, it recreated an NspI site, so that the PCR products could be cleaved and sequenced with Illumina GA technology.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>

<STUDY_DESCRIPTION>Early resequencing study to identify SNPs within NspI fragments that are polymorphic between AB and India in the large MGH zebrafish meiotic cross (Knapik et al 1996). The DNAs were processed as they would be for the Affy SNP5 platform - NspI digest, adaptor ligation and PCR. By slightly changing the adaptor sequence (ATTATGAGCACGACAGACGCCTGATCTRCATG and YAGATCAGGCGTCTGTCGTGCTCATAA), it recreated an NspI site, so that the PCR products could be cleaved and the genomic DNA sequenced with Illumina GA technology..
