<STUDY_ABSTRACT>Population observational study for the development of biomarkers of integral body image based on MRI in individuals 50 years of age or older and their relationship with factors in the biopsychosocial, cardiovascular, metabolomics, lipidomics, microbiomics, and other factors associated with aging. A total of 1030 subjects were recruited for cognitive tests and microbiota analysis. Faecal samples were collected from those subjects. For all samples, the metagenomic taxonomic and gene shot-gun analysis of the microbiota was carried out by a metagenomic approach, using a shotgun sequencing with the Illumina NextSeq with 150 bp x2 chemistry.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
