      <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Other"/>
      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>The objective of the study is the profiling of RNA viruses in populations of Anopheles mosquitoes from forest ecological zones of Cambodia and Senegal (four zones in each country). For this purpose it has been employed a combination of long (8 libraries, one per pool) and small (16 libraries, 2 per pool) RNA sequencing, yielding 123 novel RNA viruses not previously described in sequence databanks.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
