      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>C57BL6-N male mice were subjected to 5 days of 20hr sleep restriction while given regular chow or high fat chow. Regular chow animals were analyzed for Bowers et al, 2019 publication. Control animals were housed in identical caging, but not sleep restricted. Fecal pellets were collected 1d (timepoint B) prior to sleep disruption, as well as 2d (timepoint C) and 4d (timepoint C) after sleep disruption. N = 10 per condition.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
