      <STUDY_TITLE>Change in soil communities of Jinsha earthen site due to earthen site degradation</STUDY_TITLE>
      <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Other"/>
      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>Different degree of degradation samples from Jinsha earthen site were collected to annlyze microbial diversity with high throughput sequence. The soil properities were also determined. The study revealed that the bacteria made more contribution to soil degradation of Jinsha earthen site than fungi, and the variation of soil properities resulted in the formation of different microbial communities.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
