<STUDY_ABSTRACT>We performed V4 16S sequencing of microbiome from colon and small intestine of healthy and mouse having liver failure. Study was performed in wild type C57BL6 mice. Liver failure was induced with acetaminophen (APAP) (500mg/kg body weight, injected intraperitoneally) for 20h and control mice were injected with PBS carrier. After 20h samples from colon and small intestine were taken and flash frozen in liquid nitrogen. DNA was extracted and V4 16S region was obtained by PCR and sequenced with Miseq v2 kit (2x250 reads).</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
