      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>This study contains cell-free DNA sequencing data from 65 castration resistant prostate cancer patients. A custom designed amplicon-based panel was used to capture DNA from exons 2-8 of the androgen receptor (AR) gene. Sequencing was performed using an Illumina MiSeq instrument.  This study is part of the larger study "Genomic alterations in cell-free DNA and enzalutamide resistance in castration-resistant prostate cancer".
