      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>ChIP was performed as described previously (Lee et al.,2006) using chromatin containing approx. 30 - 40 microgramm DNA. After sonicating chromatin to a fragment length of 200-400 bp in a Bioruptor (Diagenode), IP was performed with anti-FLAG monoclonal antibody (Sigma, F1804). Sequencing libraries were prepared according to standard Illumina protocols and massively parallel sequencing was carried out on a Illumina GAIIx instrument at 36 bp read length.</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
