SRS256021 SAMN00704107 4571 Triticum turgidum Bar-coded libraries from wild emmer wheat (Triticum dicoccoides, PI 428082-2) and cultivated durum wheat (Triticum turgidum var durum, cultivar Langdon) were pooled before performing capture assay and then sequenced. The sample is composed of a mix of reads from wild and cultivated wheat which were separated according to their tags. Tags used for wild wheat were: CCAGT, CCGACT and reads without tags listed here and tags used for cultivated wheat were AT, GAT, TGCT.
