      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>cDNA was created using 2 *g of total RNA using the SMART cDNA synthesis kit (Clontech Laboratories, Inc., Mountain View, CA, USA). Four cDNA libraries represented four tissues were constructed using GS FLX Titanium General Library Preparation Kit (Roche, Branford, CT, USA) as manufactory's procedures. To increase the probability of rare transcript, the normalization of the resulting cDNA library using duplex-specific nuclease (DSN) (Evrogen, Russia) was performed.</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
