      <STUDY_TITLE>Comparing Seasonal Shifts in the 16S rRNA gene and 16S rRNA transcript across the Activated Sludge Microbiome</STUDY_TITLE>
      <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Other"/>
      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>This data represents triplicate sequencing batch reactors in Brainerd Minnesota. They were sampled at the start of each season between 2017-2018. Each reactor has 6 time points to denote the static fill, mixed fill, reaction cycle 1, reaction cycle 2, settled sludge, and decanted sludge. Each time point has two samples, one for the 16S rRNA gene and for the 16S rRNA transcript.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
