Total RNA was prepared into equimolar pools for each sample submitted to Indiana University's Center for Genomics and Bioinformatics for cDNA library construction using a TruSeq Stranded mRNA LT Sample Prep Kit (Illumina) following the standard manufacturing protocol.</LIBRARY_CONSTRUCTION_PROTOCOL>
