Lnc005620 is an important lncRNA that leads to the resistance of Epirubicin in triple negative breast cancer by integrin ß1. Overall design: Wild-type MDA-MB-231 cell and ADR resistant MDA-MB-231 cell were conducted,using lncRNA sequencing to find some relevant resistant lncRNA and target genes</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
