      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>We recently described a Tn7-like transposon employing a Type I-F CRISPR-Cas system for RNA-guided transposition (named INTEGRATE). This sequencing dataset contains genomic transposition locations for our improved Type I-F V. cholerae INTEGRATE system in three different gram-negative bacterial species, as well as for type V-K systems in E. coli for comparison.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
