      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>The effects of lablab bean and soybean husks on rat cecal microbiota were evaluated. Twenty male Sprague Dawley rats, aged 5 weeks old, were divided into four groups. Control group was fed AIN-93G containing 5% cellulose and the other three groups were given the same purified diet in which 5% cellulose was replaced by either corn starch, lablab bean husk or soybean husk. After 3 weeks, rats were euthanized with xylazine HCl and their cecal contents were collected.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
