      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>RNA-seq was applied for identifying the change of transcriptome between U2OS cells with starvation-induced quiescence treated with Harmine Hydrochloride or INDY and the untreated controls. Overall design: U2OS cells were starved for 48 hours and treated for 24 hours with Harmine 10 µM, INDY 25 µM or the equivalent amount of water or DMSO (for the Harmine control and INDY control respectively). Four samples per condition were analysed. mRNA Seq (PolyA+ selection). Paired End, 2x100bp. 50 million reads per sample. RIN = 10 for all samples.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
