      <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Transcriptome Analysis"/>
      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>To study the effects induced by mechanical stretch on cancer cells, B16F10 murine melanoma cells were seeded in Flexcell plates and cultured in static or stretch (15% equibiaxial elongation, 15 cycles/min) for 24 hours. Cells were collected, and RNA isolated and sequenced. Overall design: mRNA profiles of B16F10 melanoma cells cultured in static conditions or under cyclic stretch.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
