<STUDY_ABSTRACT>This project aims to identify the population structure and phylogenetic boundaries of the Bluemask Darter (Etheostoma akatulo), a federally endangered freshwater fish endemic to the Caney Fork River system of Tennessee. With ddRAD-seq data from samples across the species range, we aim to identify the best translocation sources for a previously extirpated region.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
