      <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Other"/>
      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>We report the high-throughput profiling of noncoding ribose nucleic acids (ncRNAs) in patients with multiple myeloma. The expression patterns of noncoding RNAs in MM were analyzed by RNA sequencing (whole transcriptome specific RNA sequencing). Some eifferentially expressed ncRNAs, especially some novel ncRNAs were selected to verified in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. DE target lncRNAs were analyzed by cis and trans targeting prediction.Finally, the network of lncRNA-mRNA-miRNA in MM was constructed. This study provides a sequence analyses for the application of ncRNAs profiling towards newly diagnosed multiple myeloma, and provide basic data for the targeted therapy of multipe myeloma.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
