      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>RNA sequencing was performed to compare glomerular transcriptomes of control and podocyte-specific DACH1 KO mice both under the basal condition and early after STZ-induced diabetes. Overall design: Glomerular RNA was extracted from ten week old age-matched control and podocyte-specific DACH1 KO mice under the basal condition and RNA sequencing performed. Control and podocyte-specific DACH1 KO mice were also made diabetic by STZ injection and ten days later, glomerular RNA was isolated and RNA sequencing performed. Three different mice from each experimetal group were analyzed.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
