      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>In this study, we proved the exercise-induced promotion of osteogenic differentiation and inhibition of adipogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) through establishing exercise animal model by treadmill running experiment. miRNA sequencing analysis identified 16 upregulated and 2 downregulated miRNAs in exercise group. Overall design: Examination of miRNA profile in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) of  two model.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
