      <STUDY_TITLE>MiR-375 promotes pancreatic differentiation in vitro by affecting different target genes at various stage</STUDY_TITLE>
      <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Other"/>
      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>we optimized the differentiation protocol to differentiate hESCs into IPCs and successfully obtained insulin producing cells, and overexpression and inhibition of miR-375 and RNA-seq experiments were performed on the cells from different stages. The results showed that the expression of miR-375 fluctuated during hESCs differentiation and was affected by miR-375 mimics and inhibitors. MiR-375 influences global gene expression and miR-375 target genes. Overexpression of miR-375 can lead to changes in multiple signaling pathways during pancreatic development.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
