      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>We performed RNA-seq analysis to compare hiPSC-derived microglia with hiPSCs, NPCs and human fetal microglia. We analyzed additional RNA-seq data from published human brain microglial cells and other monocytic cells to offer further support for the identity of our hiMG. Overall design: comparison of gene expression of hiMG after 21 days of differentiation with other cell types.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
