      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>The genomic DNA sequence of the congenic mouse strain SJL/J (000686) was constructed at Washington University St. Louis using peripheral blood collected aseptically from an 8-week old female mouse.  Paired-end WGS libraries were constructed with the Kapa HyperPrep PCR free kit from Roche Molecular Systems. Beckman Coulter AMPure XP beads were used for library size selection (300-500bp; library name: RLTP-000686-4826455-lib1). DNA was sequenced on the Illumina Novaseq 6000, S4 flow cell.
