<STUDY_ABSTRACT>From a simplified bacterial community resulting from an enrichment in the presence of BTEX, cultures were carried out at atmospheric pressure and at a pressure of 90 bar. We chose to test this pressure since it is that of the environment of origin of these microorganisms (aquifer at -815m deep). These experiments are usually carried out at atmospheric pressure and the goal of this study was to check if a pressure of 90bar could cause modifications of taxonomic diversity by favoring certain bacterial groups.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
