    <DESIGN>
      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>In order to investigate the difference in the composition of the intestinal virus group between diarrhea calves and normal calves, a total of 30 calves were collected in Xibian on October 23, 2018. According to whether the calves have diarrhea or not, the cattle herd is divided into diarrhea group and normal group. Both the diarrhea group and the normal group are 15 female young cattle. Each group is divided into 3 sampling gradients according to the age of the cattle. Difference analysis. When sampling, select fresh specimens, and use clean bamboo sticks to select stools containing mucus, pus and blood and other suspected pathological components; and stools with no abnormal appearance. All specimens were placed in sterile covered containers and transported on dry ice, followed by library construction and high-throughput sequencing.</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
