<STUDY_ABSTRACT>Our previous study showed that Klebsiella pneumoniae serotype K1 caused liver abscess (KLA) infection by oral inoculation and significantly changed the intestinal microbiota composition in mice. In this study, we administered FMT orally to mice after K. pneumoniae serotype K1 oral inoculation. DNA was extracted from luminal contents of cecum and used for PCR amplification. The PCR products were sequenced on an Illumina MiSeq PE300 platform. The results suggested that FMT greatly altered the changes of intestinal microflora caused by K. pneumoniae serotype K1 in mice.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
