    <DESCRIPTION>In this study we would like to elucidate the status of ELICE16INDURES plant conditioner (developed by the Research Institute for Medicinal Plants and Herbs Ltd. Budakalasz, Hungary) among immune-priming activator agents therefore we set up field and phytotron experiments examining autumn barley. Chloroplast activity prediction were performed by remote sensing in field cultures. With monitoring the extension of photosynthetic surface in barley cultures a higher vitality was detected in the ELICE16INDURES treated plots that was manifested also in augmented crop yield. Whole genomic gene expression profiling and direct analysis of isolated genes taking part in photosynthesis and immune responses were also analyzed by high throughput techniques in field and phytotrone grown H. vulgare.</DESCRIPTION>
