<STUDY_ABSTRACT>In this study we used the Oxford Nanopore's minION sequencing platform to investigate microbial profiles of different samples collected in Intensive Care Units of a hospital in Brazil. These samples have previously been sequenced with Illumina MiSeq (PRJNA541082), allowing comparisons between full-length 16S rRNA gene sequencing using nanopore and 16S rRNA V4 region sequencing with Illumina for the same set of samples.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
