      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>MRC5 cells were mock-infected or infected with d109, n12, 5dl1.2, n199, or wildtype HSV-1 (KOS) for six hours at an MOI of 10 PFU/cell. ChIP-seq was performed for the POLR2A (RNA Pol II). Matched input chromatin was also sequenced. Illumina sequencing was performed using HiSeq2500 to generate 50 SE reads, adaptors are Illumina TruSeq 6 base.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
