SRP322501 PRJNA733465 Microbiote The project consists of developing an in vitro model of the intestinal microbiota in order to put it in contact with different molecules for pharmaceutical, agri-food and industrial purposes. It consists to determine not only the effect of these molecules or their degradation products, in terms of cytotoxicity, but also their impact on the constituents of the microbiota. Conversely, the impact of the microbiota on these molecules will also be explored.
