      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>We present a Hi-C analysis of the genome-wide chromatin interaction in rice null osmet1-2 mutant at hierarchical architectural levels. Our results reveal the dynamics of chromosome territories, compartment transition and TAD reprogramming. Moreover we explored the association between DNA methylation variation and TAD reprogramming.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
